In short:

A 40 minute, strength based high intensity class that targets all major muscle groups. Using strength techniques combined with HIIT, this produces a body blasting class which will build muscle, power and strength.

Quadriceps (front of thigh), Hamstrings (back of legs), Calves, Pelvis, Pectorals (chest), Lats (mid back), Deltoids (shoulders), Triceps (back of arms)
