A 50 minute high intensity class that combines Velocity and Strength training methods for a longer period of time. This class will deliver to the max, improving both mental and physical stamina and endurance.
Quadriceps (front of thigh), Hamstrings (back of legs), Calves, Pelvis, Pectorals (chest), Lats (mid back), Deltoids (shoulders), Triceps (back of arms)
