It can be hard finding the time to balance work and family life, leaving you feeling stressed and out of control.


Smart-Fit has developed a unique program to help you cope with the day to day stresses and manage your time more effectively so that you can lead a more balanced life. Allowing you to get in shape, stay fit and achieve a better life.


I created Smart Fit as I was frustrated seeing so many women struggle to lose weight and tone up when everything they tried left them feeling more stressed out or deflated from a lack of results. Despite joining slimming clubs or bootcamps they struggled to see results or make it fit into their day to day life.

My name is David Bovey and for the last 7 years since leaving the army I have helped hundreds of women feel happier in themselves by getting fitter, stronger, more toned and feeling more like they used too.


I have a passion for fitness, exercise and mental wellbeing. My background in the armed forces has led me to understand how important it is to have the right mindset.


Smart fit coaching focuses on helping you unlock your potential, so that you can maximise your performance and achieve more than you think you can.


I understand just how difficult it can be to juggle family life, a busy job and still try to look after your health and wellbeing. We focus on making sure you are consistently taking simple actions that will lead to positive change in your everyday health and wellbeing. Allowing you to become more physically fit, more in control of the way you feel, leading you to build resilience so that you can cope with day to day life more easily.
