We provide training programs that are designed to suit your needs, we never force our goals on to you as a client. We listen, advise and then coach with that specific goal at the forefront of our training methods.

My name is Dave Bovey and I specialise in helping busy professionals to become fitter, stronger and to maximise their full potential. 

How do we do it? We have designed a unique program that gives you everything you need to know on how to achieve the goals you've dreamed of.

We start by educating you. We believe that when you understand more about how your body works then you will be able to achieve your goals far more easily and also to keep the results for longer. You will receive all the knowledge, advice and endless support that you will need to understand how be in charge of your fitness and health. This means you will be able to be flexible with your diet and training whilst achieving amazing results.

We know how hard it is to stick to a strict diet or exercise program, we've been there! But with our expert advice we help you make the small changes to achieve big results. We know the difficulties of juggling life and with our guidance you will be able to focus on being consistent but mostly enjoying the new choices you are now making.

We will show you new strategies to find that perfect balance, so your results are long term.



We don't make our clients feel guilty but having someone to hold you accountable is often the key to success. We do this by your weekly results, each session you will be monitored by a heart rate monitor, showing you are at the right intensity. 

Weekly progress check ins are set in place to ensure you are on the right track with nutrition and movement, we then review goals to make sure you will be hitting all that have been set.
