Whether you are in our Private Studio or on one of our classes, we know what will make you work to the best of your potential. It's not always about who can shout the loudest to make you work harder.

We use a number of techniques and technology to get you working. With the use of a heart rate monitor on all of our sessions, we can see what level you are at any time. This in itself is enough to get you moving. 

Our coaches have bags of experience and know when and how to push you on the sessions.
