We know using Personal Training services could be new to you, so we've answered some common questions that are normally asked. If there are any other questions you may want to know drop us a message.


How Much Does It Cost?


We know investing in a coach is a big commitment, that's why we have various packages that can work for you.

We train on a 1-2-1 basis or small group training. You can pick what works for you.


How and When Do I Pay?

We like to keep it simple, so we charge a monthly rate to be paid on the 1st of every month, this makes it easier for everyone.


What Should I Bring?


You will need to come to every session in sports clothing, something you will feel comfortable in and a pair of trainers. We also advise to bring a bottle of water so you don't become dehydrated on the session. 


What times are the training Sessions?

We know you are busy so we work with you to come up with the optimum time for you to train. Whether that's first thing in the morning or last thing at night, we will come up with a plan.


Where does the training take place?


We have a Private PT Studio based in Wickham, all of our face to face sessions are held here. There's plenty of parking in the village too!


What is the Free Consultation, and how do I book it?


Come for a coffee and chat. This is our chance to start getting to know you, over a coffee or water, it's your choice. The consultation is about an hour of finding out what you want and how we can help.
