Drink 2ltrs of water per day, it sounds a lot but if you get a decent water bottle and keep sipping all day, you will get there.
Move more – This one is a little trickier when you work in an office but try and get in 10k steps per day. Maybe have a walk at lunch, even park a little further away from the office to walk in. Whatever you can do to get them in.
Prepare your gym bag – Sounds an easy one but the more ready you are to go the gym the easier it is not to make excuses
If you can implement all of these, you will start seeing huge changes.
